In the office of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz in the city of Ryazan, an electronic queue system was installed with a preliminary record and a system for assessing the quality of service. According to the customer's feedback, the implementation of the Neuroniq system made it possible to reduce waiting times, increase customer satisfaction and optimize the work of the service department. Service quality assessment is implemented on tablets, which are located at the workplaces of operators.
