115 residents of the TOP who implement business projects under agreements with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (KRDV) received the opportunity to connect to a stable 100-gigabit network. The internetization of industrial enterprises will help increase their production potential, as well as give impetus to attract new investment projects to the region.

The territory of advanced development "Primorye" is a multidisciplinary production and logistics platform where a special legal regime has been established. As of February 2024, its area is the most demanded for potential residents. More than 800 hectares are used for the construction of industrial enterprises, housing complexes, the urban environment, commercial real estate.

The TOP is located in the Nadezhdinsky district of Primorsky Krai, 32 km from the city of Vladivostok. Previously, the outdated Prokhladnoye PBX operated on this site, which was built back in the 70s. Its potential is completely exhausted. For uninterrupted data transmission, Rostelecom has modernized the communication node. Now there is a 100 gigabit optical backbone that fully meets the needs of the commercial sector.
