2024: The start of the development of the first batch of robots
In Russia, they created an industrial robot with changing nozzles in the Plug and Play format with a fast wrist. Roboruca blocks, such as axles, quickly detach, it is also possible to measure the grip on the hand and vice versa. Representatives of the Russian company-creator of the Unique Robots roboruki told TAdviser about this at the end of January 2024. According to them, testing of the working sample has already been completed and in January 2024 the development of the first batch of robots began.
As noted, the executive director of Unique Robots Mikhail Krapivnaya, the company's patented "fast wrist" technology allows you to quickly change the working profile of a particular robot.
"There was welding - there was a grip on the part on the turning-milling machine. In fact, this is a universal robot, a new generation robot, no matter how loud it sounds, in any case for Russia, "Krapivnaya said. |
According to him, in early February 2024, it is planned to obtain the first results of the introduction of the robot in the textile industry, namely, at light industry enterprises in the Ivanovo region. At the same time, we are talking, as the top manager emphasized, not only about the characteristics of labor productivity, safety, but also about how the robot is perceived by employees in production, how it affects their psyche.
As noted in the company "Unique Robots," the use of industrial and warehouse robots in Russia is due to the acute personnel hunger, which has been formed for decades, as well as the request to optimize business processes. Modern production is developing in conditions of turbulence, climatic changes, migration of consumer mass. All this creates problems in logistics and increases costs, explained Mikhail Krapivnaya. Unique Robots solutions are designed to reduce production labor costs and eliminate personnel shortages.
The potential demand for industrial robots can reach indicators of up to 4 thousand robots in 12 months in the next five years. And multiple growth and widespread use in production is possible with a qualitative jump in control tools and algorithms, says Artem Roshkovan, General Director of Unique Robots.
