PLEYaDA Construction Company LLC together with the partner in implementation by SoftBalance Group 1C completed implementation of the software product ": Management of construction organization 8". A system allowed to automate fully a number of sections of accounting of construction process - management of finance, production management and resources, personnel managements. At the moment in a system 5 users quickly work.

Fast development of the company demanded more careful approach to management and also implementation of the modern automation system of production. Before the management there were tasks connected with planning of income and expenses, forecasting of results, budgeting, operational management, the analysis of cost value and profit, need of maintaining complex financial, managerial and accounting. The program was selected for full automation of different participants of construction process on the main sections of accounting - management of finance, production management and resources, personnel managements.

The following requirements were imposed to creation of a system:

  • the solution in the maximum degree should be based on the standard solutions which are available in a standard configuration;
  • whenever possible, business processes of the Customer will change towards the maximum adaptation to conventional processes of a standard configuration;
  • a system should not be very difficult where it is possible;
  • the centralized reference books and qualifiers should be approved with uniform corporate requirements;
  • the standard system of reports of a standard configuration will be used where it is possible.

Selection criteria of the program and suppliers of steel:

  • possibility of free scaling of the software product;
  • opportunity for work in the software product of all divisions of the company;
  • timely support of procedural accounting - a possibility of various data analysis for acceptance of management decisions.

Subsystems are implemented and are in commercial operation: accounting; tax accounting; payroll calculation; personnel management; cash management; purchase management; sales management; production management; products cost accounting; budgeting; sales planning.

Works are performed:

  • on installation of the software product;
  • on setup of access rights;
  • data transfer;
  • training;
  • transfer to trial and commercial operation.

As a result of implementation of the Management of Construction Organization 8 software product at the enterprise document flow accelerated, the effective management of the enterprise increased, it became easier for heads and employees to trace information flows and to carry out the analysis of activity of the enterprise for different indicators.
