2024: Implementation of the Stream Recruitment System
Samokat automated the hiring of employees using the Stream Recruitment platform. Its use made it possible to reduce time at all stages of recruiting events. TalentTech (Severgroup TT) announced this on February 7, 2024.
Previously, the process of hiring employees in Samokat was not automated and took up the manager's time for routine tasks of manually entering all the data. The request to search for an employee was sent to the HR department, where the recruiter posted vacancies, selected resumes of candidates, appointed interviews and conducted a selection funnel calculation. Now, thanks to automation, all the work of recruiters and customers is carried out in "one window mode." As of February 2024, an HR team of 90 people is engaged in the selection of personnel.
A one-click vacancy is published on job boards, and all responses get into the system. With the help of the system, a single base of candidates is formed with a full history of interaction, where any participant in hiring an employee can leave a comment.
By configuring the system, the process has become more understandable to customers and recruiters.
In 2023, Samokat achieved the following indicators:
- the number of closed vacancies per month increased several times;
- more than 950 + customer managers use the system.
