DALION: Car market:

• allows to work in the network mode on several computers with one database (see Scalability)
• works with a retail store equipment (it is possible to enter quickly data with the help of the scanner of barcodes, to import reference books and to fill out documents using a data collection terminal, to issue checks on a fiscal registrar directly from the program, etc.)
• allows to adapt the program to unique features of business (open code)
• it is protected by the hardware key.

Scalability

DALION: The car market can work with different versions of databases, depending on quantity of jobs: in file option (locally or in network), in option the client-server (the MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL). Also the distributed operation mode is supported if divisions of the enterprise are out of a local network.

Functionality

The software product is completely original. Contains only the unique author's code, are not based on any universal solution from 1C, "is completely ground" under car service. The data structure is optimized for a fast program runtime with a large number of entries (millions) in the directory of goods.

All interfaces are most simplified and contain only up-to-date information.

Document flow

• All necessary set of documents for reflection of managerial transactions in car service is implemented.

Pricing

The unlimited number of categories of the prices, opportunity to describe an algorithm of calculation of the final price in mathematical language is supported. And, within one category of the prices it is possible to have different formulas for different groups and types of goods. The module of pricing is developed so that allows to work with the big directory of goods comfortably.

Reporting

The product contains a powerful analytical data structure, much attention is paid to management accounting. The rich analytics allows to carry out comprehensive data analysis.

Service opportunities

Universal loadings from Excel The convenient mechanism of loading of goods and their properties from any *.xls of the file allows to work with the big directory of goods comfortably. Loading of the directory of works and regulations of time, the reference book by partners and cars, loading of table parts of documents is possible (delivery notes, accounts, orders, debt adjustment, salary accrual).

Module of supplier orders

The document "Supplier order" is created on the current demands created by "orders of buyers" and "internal orders". In the order of the buyer a part of goods can be reserved, a part to order or place in already created supplier order under a free warehouse.

Formation of the document "internal order" for fixation of requirements for replenishment of stock remainders is possible. In the document several algorithms of calculation of the goods quantity necessary for replenishment of a warehouse are implemented:

• On the minima and maxima defined in a card of goods for each warehouse or group of warehouses.
• On the calculated intensity of sale.
• On the intensity of sale set in a card of goods.
• On your own algorithms.

Having already created the supplier order it is possible to change the orders placed in it without any restrictions. For example, it is possible to cancel orders of buyers, "to throw" goods from one order of the buyer for another. Similar adjustments do not require input of "auxiliary" documents, and are executed directly in "The order of the buyer" or Supplier order! At the same time the program itself monitors correct order placement and executes necessary adjustments.
