The SoftBalance company completed the project of automation of a maintenance center "IN-TUNING" using the software product "DALION: A car market" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.
Before the project
Earlier in the company, for accounting separate information systems which did not provide operational data acquisition about a financial result were used — consolidation of information from different sources and the analysis in spreadsheets was manually carried out.
Systems did not allow to analyze quickly history of customer relations that negatively affected their loyalty: examination what works were performed with the car and what spare parts were installed in the previous addresses, required a lot of time.
The management was faced by a task to flexibly limit access for users to data and also to configure unloading of documents in the accounting program.
Solution
The management of IN-TUNING made the decision on implementation of a new management system and accounting. After the analysis of the solutions which are available in the market, a choice was made for benefit of the software product "by DALION: Car market". Project implementation was undertaken by SoftBalance company.
Implementation. Results
The system of management accounting solving the following problems is as a result constructed:
- Trade management (sale of spare parts, works and services). There was an opportunity to control all stages of the order, its status at the moment, to limit the rights of employees on transfer in the system of orders in other stages of repair. Became possible to create the consolidated order of spare parts to the supplier, to monitor his movement on the statuses — it is ordered, confirmed, in way, in a bekorder and to others.
- Accounting of direct and indirect costs. Obligatory reflection in any document of the cost item allows to make profit analysis and losses in additional cuts of accounting.
- Calculation and salary accrual of mechanics and managers. An opportunity to calculate the salary, using different parameters: a salary, a class, the number of the fulfilled normo-hours, the amount of development taking into account and without discounts, the number of orders, percent of participation and others. Algorithms of calculation are implemented on the built-in macro language and are simple in understanding.
- Management of user rights at the level of records on RLS technology (Record-Level Security). Became possible to hide from the user all documents and settlement, except connected with sale, to hide documents on certain accounts of money, the prices of a certain category, for example, purchasing, to limit the "threshold" price of goods and to prohibit sale below this price (for example, below cost) and so on.

Head of "IN-TUNING", Igor Aleksandrovich Torsky: "Earlier for receiving a real picture of business we had to connect together separate pieces of the accounting which is conducted in different software products and to spend on it time a great lot. With the solution "DALION: A car market" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform we see a financial result almost instantly in one report. Work speed increased: the number of documents in the program which are used by employees was reduced by 4-5 times as the majority of transactions is executed in the background, is imperceptible for the user. It is enough to last to deliver or remove the necessary tick and to post".
Summing up
Thus, the management of the enterprise received the tool having properties and mechanisms, important for management:
- The managerial balance gives the chance to the management within 1-2 minutes to estimate a financial result of the working day or other time frame.
- The product ergonomics much reduced waiting time of the client at a front desk: if earlier obtaining information on the history of relationship with the client took about 7-10 minutes, today operators spend for it no more than one minute.
- The itemized cost accounting allowed to understand accurately under what articles the enterprise keeps within the budget on what — is beyond.
- Dynamic pricing allowed to refuse manual pricing, and the analysis of purchases — to select the most profitable supplier and, thereby, to become more competitive.
