Syntegs assisted NPF Aviapolis in automating the full cycle of work - from loading data into the accounting system to unloading the finished XBRL report. Sintegs announced this on February 13, 2024.

After the introduction of the XBRL format at NPF Aviapolis in 2018, reports were formed manually for a long time. Therefore, by the time the company decided to automate this process, programs of leading developers were already presented on the market, and the pension fund could rely on real cases.

Preference was given to the XBRL Factory, a Syntegs program created to send reporting in the same format to the Bank of Russia. In addition to XBRL automation, Aviapolis NPF decided to modernize the accounting system along with another development - Sintegs OSBU. However, the toolkit was not the only decisive factor. As noted in the pension fund, an open and comfortable communication with the Sintegs team became an equally important criterion.

The presence in the accounting system of all reporting forms in accordance with the taxonomy of the Central Bank ensured the complete integration of two programs, saving users time on calculations and manual filling out of forms. In addition to the basic setup of the programs, the Syntegs team also implemented a number of improvements. To assemble a convenient accounting system for the customer, the loading of trust management operations, recognition of bank statements, loading quotes from Interfax and a number of other functions were automated.

As of February 2024, Syntegs continues to support the implemented solutions, both systems are adapted to the requirements of the Bank of Russia for comfortable work of users on taxonomy 5.2.
