XBRL-CSV 2.0 Reporting Format

The XBRL Factory implements the XBRL-CSV 2.0 reporting format. Sintegro Consulting (Sintegs) announced this on September 19, 2025.

A key feature of the format is a new option for storing data and checking control relationships in the form of SQL scripts. It optimizes the validation time of reports with millions of rows of data. Sintegro Consulting has developed a module for the XBRL Factory solution, which allows you to work with another reporting format.

The Central Bank has published materials on XBRL-CSV 2.0 reporting technology for companies with a PURCB license, including credit institutions.

This standard is necessary to work with large amounts of data and ensure a high check rate for taxonomy 6.1.0.7.

The technology itself differs from the usual XBRL in terms of the control ratio block.

It is presented in two versions:

• in the usual format as part of the taxonomy with which the XBRL Factory can work;
• an updated version in the form of SQL scripts, which will speed up verification hundreds of times. In this case, the data is checked directly in the database tables. This option will be implemented on the side of the Central Bank's personal account - tables with scripts will be prepared by the regulator.

At the same time, if the taxonomy controls are updated once a year with the publication of the current version of the taxonomy, then the SQL Central Bank plans to update the controls several times a year.

Thus, only taxonomy validation will be insufficient, and you need to use this approach to validation of reports using SQL scripts. It will provide results similar to the checks of the Central Bank.

XBRL factory already knows how to validate reporting on new technology

To work with XBRL-CSV 2.0, Syntegro Consulting implemented a new module in the XBRL Factory.

With its help, you can:

• generate reports in XBRL-CSV 2.0 format taking into account all the latest technical requirements of the regulator in the optimal time;
• quickly check the control ratios in the new SQL format, which will be supported and updated by the Central Bank;
• take advantage of all the existing advantages of the Factory.

To start working with the module, users only need to prepare report data in the form of simple tables. Everything else will be done by the module - validation, viewing, unloading to XBRL-CSV 2.0 format.

Certification for SC on taxonomies 6.3 for BFO and 6.1 for NSO

On August 15, 2025, Sintegro Consulting announced that the XBRL Factory is certified for reporting by insurance companies on taxonomies 6.3 for the Federal Tax Service and 6.1 for the NSO.

According to the company, on August 8, 2025, ANO Center XBiArEl (XBRL Center) completed testing of the XBRL Factory and issued a A1-full level compliance certificate.

Certification and software selection. Using the XBRL Factory as an example

First of all, the version of the taxonomy on which the software has been certified is checked. It is indicated in the appendix to the certificate or in the description on the XBRL Center website.

But it is important to remember that certification takes up to six months. Therefore, you can focus on the presence of certificates from previous versions. It is good if the software is regularly checked on each version of the taxonomy.

The XBRL factory is first certified by the market with the greatest variation of controls, the metadata of the table layer of the new version of the taxonomy. In 2025, this is the market of insurance companies and mutual insurance societies (SO and OBS). In the process, certification in the markets of NPF, MC and PURCB.

Attention is also drawn to the category of the certificate. It is indicated both in the certificate and in the appendix to it.

The program functionality verified by the XBRL Center is encrypted in the certificate category. Below are the categories and how to choose a program on their basis.

Category A is assigned to programs that receive data for generating reports from accounting systems. The XBRL factory can be integrated with both Syntegro Consulting ecosystem software, for example, Syntegs OSBU, and with accounting systems of other developers.

Category A is suitable for companies with any amount of data. The main advantage of such programs is the automatic filling of indicators in report tables. It saves time. Users do not need to upload files with data from the account system and check their correctness.

If the software does not integrate with accounting systems, it is given category B.

The A1 category means that reporting at all stages will comply with the norms. the Central Bank and the XBRL international specification: report generation, visualization and validation.

Report generation. The XBRL Center confirms that all values in the Factory will be converted to the XBRL format in accordance with the Central Bank rules and international specification requirements.

Validation. The XBRL Center checks the validation of all control ratios for all types of actuations, and also compares the result of the report check in the XBRL Factory and the result of the check by the regulator mechanisms. They must be identical - so the company will definitely hand over the correct reporting without instructions.

Visualization. In this block, the tables in the software are compared with the methodological recommendations of the Central Bank. In the XBRL Factory, they fully correspond to them.

Separately, integration was checked in the Factory. Pointwise, the XBRL Center checks the "button fill" mechanism and confirms that the correct data is "taken" from the source. For example, from the 781-P Calculator or Indicator.

If any of the blocks in the program is missing and/or has not passed the test, then the program will receive the A2/V2 category, A3/V3, and so on.

A1-full - confirms that the program can generate a zip archive of the reporting package. In addition to it, the XBRL Factory saves cover letters and other additional files for subsequent sending to the personal account of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

If the program does not generate a zip archive of the reporting package, the category will contain the complement "base," and not "full." In this case, users need to upload the XBRL file from the system and manually create an archive.

In addition to the functions that jurisdiction checks, the XBRL Factory has other useful features that optimize reporting. For example, additional controls outside the taxonomy, calculation of dependent indicators, verification of counterparties by the Federal Tax Service were implemented.

2023: Inclusion in the register of domestic software

The XBRL factory and Sintegs OSBU were included in the unified register of Russian computer and database programs. The systems received the official status of Russian software and confirmation of the absence of vulnerabilities. Sintegro Consulting (Sintegs) announced this on November 1, 2023.

In the near future, the registry will be replenished with all existing Syntegs systems.

Earlier, the Bank of Russia received functions to control the transition of non-bank financial institutions to the predominant use of Russian software at their significant critical information infrastructure facilities .

In certification criteria, this corresponds to the highest category of A1-full. This was announced on August 15, 2022 by Sintegro Consulting.

According to the developer, as of August 9, 2022, the XBRL Factory is the first and only certified system in the XBRL taxonomy jurisdiction of version 4. The Factory is now certified to submit accounting and financial statements for all markets:

2021: Certificates of conformity based on the results of tests of the Central Bank for NSO and BFO

XBRL Factory received certificates in all possible areas of preparation of accounting (financial) and supervisory and statistical reports for insurers, NPFs, AIFs, MCs, PURCBs (registrars, specialized depositories, brokers, forex dealers and others):
