2024: Leto Finance bought 50% of MedTechService
On February 12, 2024, it became known that the Moscow company Leto Finance entered into an agreement on the acquisition of a 50% stake in MedTechService LLC. There is no information on the amount of the transaction as of the specified date.
According to Interfax, MedTechService owns an Irkutsk plant for the production of test strips for measuring blood sugar. This enterprise at the time of commissioning in 2018 was estimated at 373 million rubles. The production line was delivered and installed by the South Korean company B-Bio. Output capacity reaches 3 million packages of test strips per year. In addition, MedTechService produces glucometers.
Under the terms of the agreement, Leto Finance acquired shares in the capital of MedTechService from its three main owners - Sergei Dyachenko, Fyodor Zheleznyakov and Pyotr Zheleznyakov. The first two transferred 17% each, the last - 16%, which provided a total of 50%. Moreover, the received asset "Leto Finance" was pledged by Zheleznyakov and Dyachenko, who own the remaining 50% in "MedTechService."[1]
