2024: Implementation of HFLabs "One Client"
The Betting League and HFLabs have completed a project aimed at improving the quality of client data. Now the bookmaker is using the Russian solution to optimize the customer service process. HFLabs announced this on February 19, 2024.
When registering online or contacting the office, clients of the League of Bets provide personal data. Due to the fact that previously this data was not centrally checked for takes, some customers could potentially have several accounts. To eliminate the technical possibility for this, the League of Bets has implemented a system of the Customer Data Integration (CDI) - "One Client" class from HFLabs. It combines takes and collects customer data into reference records.
The introduction of the "Single Client" showed that there are a number of clients with more than one account in the bookmaker's database. As of February 2024, registration data is compared daily with those available in the bookmaker's internal systems. In the future, de-publishing will take place in real time.
Due to the lack of doubles, the Betting League has the opportunity to increase the level of personalization and make customers offers that best suit their style of play.
The implementation of the project with HFLabs allowed us not only to improve the quality of customer service, but also to increase the efficiency of internal business processes. Obtaining information online allows the company to provide a high level of service to newly registered customers, - commented Dmitry Akimov, director of the analytics center of BC League of Bets. |
Cooperation with the Betting League is our first project for the betting market, and we plunged into the specifics of this industry. Bookmakers, for example, often have to deal with incomplete data. With accurate customer information, the company will be able to better understand their preferences. And high-quality client data helps to serve users faster. When a person writes to a chat bot, the operator can immediately see all the information about him, - added Roza Litvinova, project director of HFLabs. |
