In February 2024, Rostelecom, together with Alfa-Bank, organized the third issue of digital financial assets for corporate and private investors and plans to use this tool on an ongoing basis. Rostelecom announced this in February 2024.

The CFA market is developing and becoming more and more popular, providing a convenient basis for the development of inter-corporate financing and treasury loans with periods from one day to 3-6 months. For example, one-day ZFA Rostelecom in the amount of 1 billion rubles, issued as part of the FINOPOLIS-2023 on the A-Token platform, were sold in just five hours. The third joint issue will allow investors to generate fixed interest income 21 days after the offering.
