For each defect, a separate card is created with a description, photos and an inspection report. This card is automatically assigned to the contractor or employee of the developer responsible for its elimination.

Online, the developer can track how defects are corrected throughout the house. When those responsible perform the work, they mark it in the service, and the status of the card changes.

You can leave comments in the defect card, as well as add photos. The participants in the transaction conclude a purchase and sale agreement in the service and the buyer transfers the required amount to a secure account with a partner bank. While the transaction is being completed, neither the seller nor the buyer has access to the funds in the account. Also, state bodies cannot write off penalties from him. When Rosreestr registers the transfer of ownership, the money will be automatically transferred to the seller.

The bank for the transaction is chosen by the participants themselves. As of February 2024, settlements are available in the service through Sberbank, Tochka Bank or M2.
