In MOU GU "Republican clinical hospital No. 3" began setting of a System of strategic management. Project implementation in hands of the Volga representative office of INTALEV Group.
About the Project
The first stage of the project is begun at the end of October. During the corporate seminar training the technology of project implementation of setting of strategic management is fulfilled.
"We gained not only theoretical knowledge in the field of strategic management, but also an opportunity to work in a command when developing strategic maps" - says Leysan Gaynutdinova, the deputy chief physician of RKB No. 3 for organizational and methodical work.
Terms, blocks
All project will consist of two blocks - Strategic choice and Strategic map which are implemented in seven stages:
- 1. The choice of objects for development of the SSP card;
- 2. Development of a tree is more whole;
- 3. Concept of strategy;
- 4. Development of the strategic map of the top level;
- 5. Development of the full map of SSP, determination of planned values for employees;
- 6. Determination of processes of a feedback.
Presumable project completion date: the end of 2010 - the beginning of 2011.
Expectations
The new management tool will help a team of heads of hospital to reach the leading positions in the health care industry and also will give the chance of perspective development of principal directions of activity.
