A new TB dispensary in the Saratov region is being built using materials and technologies "Cementum"

2024: Construction of a TB dispensary

The regional clinical TB dispensary is being built in the Leninsky district of the city of Saratov. Consisting of eight buildings, the medical complex will be designed for 453 round-the-clock beds, 50 day stays, 10 resuscitation and intensive care beds, as well as a dispensary department for 200 visits per shift. The commissioning of the dispensary will make it possible to employ about 1200 doctors. The general contractor PPS LESSTR plans to complete construction in 2024. Cementum (formerly Holsim Rus) announced this on February 26, 2024.

The construction of all buildings is carried out according to the technology of monolithic construction, in which the main material of pillows, foundations, walls and floor slabs is reinforced concrete. During the implementation of the project, CEMENTUM supplied more than 10,000 tons of cement in bulk from the Volsky cement plant, as well as at least 600 tons of calibrated cement, for the production of semi-dry screed and internal work. In addition, during construction, CEMENTUM specialists provided technical support in the development and optimization of concrete mix compositions, which made it possible to meet the design requirements and adjust the cost of the concrete cube.

The Saratov Oblast Regional Healthcare Modernization Program is part of the national Healthcare Project initiated by the President.

Within the framework of the program, construction and major repairs of medical institutions are carried out, the material and technical base of medical organizations is updated, the institutions are re-equipped with equipment and vehicles. This makes it possible to significantly improve diagnosis and treatment, provide comfortable conditions for patients and improve the quality of all medical services.
