Registration in Rospatent

RNT Group on April 17, 2024 announced the registration of the HR Tech Brain platform with the Federal Intellectual Property Service Rospatent. Brain is designed to automate and simplify HR processes and is completely built on the basis of independent import-dependent technologies. RNT Group has expanded HR Tech's Brain platform capabilities. It belongs to the class of HRM systems and accumulates many years of expertise of the RNT Group in the field of human resources management, automation of HR- and other processes. The company announced this on February 28, 2024.

The following features have been added to this release:

• A module for maintaining a personal employee skill matrix. He helps managers select specialists in project teams, taking into account their competencies. The service is synchronized with the employee profile in the system, and the skill list is added according to the specifics of the organization and the employee role;
• Full-text search using OpenSearch technology. The search is carried out not only by the last name and username, but also by the data specified within the profile: position, skills and other parameters;
• The ability to re-hire an employee with a link to his previous account;

The added functionality will simplify the personnel management process and effectively select suitable candidates for open positions within the company.

The platform is built on import-independent technologies and easily interacts with other systems of the company. Brain is integrated with Active Directory and KeyCloack authentication and authorization services. It automates the process of providing access to a new employee in the internal systems of the company.

The RNT Group's immediate plans for Brain development include the addition of a service to display summary information on the work of teams and their individual members, indicators of the risks of burnout and departure of employees.
