Lad has been re-certified according to ISO 9001:2015

2024: ISO 9001:2015 recertification

Lad's management system has been re-certified according to ISO 9001:2015. The company announced this on February 28, 2024.

For the first time, a certificate for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 was obtained in 2018. Since then, Lad has had a one-day oversight audit every year. Recertification is carried out every three years - this is an extended procedure for assessing the company's activities and quality management. Its goal is to confirm that the management system as a whole retains its effectiveness, while focusing on respecting the interests of customers and their current requests.

The audit was carried out by experts from the Bureau Veritas Certification Rus. The audit touched upon a variety of aspects of the project office, including: reporting, organization of business processes, project documentation, job descriptions, compliance with the project technology and corporate support technology, and the level of qualifications of employees. Based on the audit results, it was recommended to extend the validity of the ISO 9001:2015 certificate until 2025.

The scope of the certificate is the provision of comprehensive consulting services in the field of accounting and management of the customer's enterprise, with subsequent automation based on software products of the company 1C"": diagnostics, development and implementation of an activity model, methodological recommendations and regulations for the enterprise, assistance in choosing a software product, its sale, personnel training, design, development, commissioning, as well as further comprehensive support of information systems.
