TESLER appliances and electronics are the quality available to everyone. The company XV-TRADE LLC is engaged in the wholesale of household electrical goods.

The company's management strives to continuously improve internal processes, in particular, building relationships with existing customers and attracting new ones. To achieve this goal, it was decided to purchase the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). "

For the introduction of the information system, they turned to the 1C-Rarus company, which has been implementing similar projects for many years.

1C-Rarus specialists installed the software, adjusted the initial accounting parameters, and trained personnel to work in the system.

The results of using the new system:

  • A unified software environment has been created for entering, storing and working with client data;
  • It became possible to store the history of cooperation. When contacting a client, the manager sees information about the buyer and builds a dialogue based on the characteristics and preferences of the customer;
  • Managers actively use convenient tools for quick ordering and contract preparation. The need for multiple information entry is eliminated, interaction within departments has been simplified. Errors and inaccuracies were reduced;
  • It became more convenient to control warehouse stocks, this helped to organize the timeliness of deliveries;
  • For regular buyers, favorable terms of cooperation are offered. The program helps to control the implementation of contracts. It is possible to launch loyalty programs;
  • Using the 1C tools, it became possible to select the target audience for marketing activities. Thanks to this, sales growth was noted;
  • The company's management has received a convenient tool for effective analysis of the company's activities. This helps to make operational management decisions.
