The Nizhny Novgorod shopping center "Zerkalo" implements "BIT: Accounting of lease 8"

Specialists of the Nizhny Novgorod branch "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BITS) automated work of rent department in management company Shopping Center Zerkalo using the software product "BIT: Accounting of lease 8". In a project deliverable the debt of tenants was reduced.

The shopping center "Zerkalo" is located in the city of Bor - the administrative center of Borsky district of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. Average attendance of shopping center "Zerkalo" - 6000 – 7000 people a day.

The management company of shopping center used the 1C: Accounting 8 program for conducting accounting and tax accounting, however a specialized system for automatic calculation of the rent from the area and from a business volume was required.

For solving of tasks of the company the management addressed specialists "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) which developed the software product "BIT: Accounting of lease 8".

Using the program the following sections of accounting were automated:

• Accounting of objects and handed over in lease of space: inventory of premises, registration of utility resources, adjustment of room space; accounting in one premises of the areas of different categories with different rates of lease; analysis of employment of the areas;
• Work with agreements: maintaining lease agreements and compensation of utility payments, accounting of changes of conditions of agreements, accounting of settlement under agreements in conventional units with a possibility of installation of a currency corridor;
• Carrying out calculations: the rent at the rates, the rent from the value of a business volume of the tenant, utilities, compensating payments;
• Accounting of security payments according to lease agreements.

As a result of implementation control of debt of tenants became simpler that allowed to reduce the total amount of debt. The company managed to keep account under agreements according to industry specifics of the enterprise.
