"First Bit" completed the project of automation of trade on marketplaces for "Almaterm"

First Bit has completed a trade automation project on marketplaces for Almaterm, a supplier of engineering plumbing from Kazakhstan. This was announced by "First Bit" on March 4, 2024.

Thanks to cooperation with Ozon, Wildberries and Yandex.Market, Almaterm is actively developing and successfully selling its products, making it available to a large number of buyers.

In 2017, the company opened a branch and warehouse in Novosibirsk.

Every day Almaterm processes from 60 to 120 orders on marketplaces. Earlier, the Novosibirsk branch of the company worked in two programs "1C: Trade Management 11.4" and "1C: Accounting." Employees manually processed orders in personal accounts on marketplaces, which led to duplication of information, errors and, as a result, loss of time.

All this led to constant refinements and frequent changes in programmers of the 1C: UT and 1C: Accounting system, which began to work incorrectly, which ultimately led to the loss of access rights.

The specialists of the First Bit had the task of restoring work with 1C, ensuring quick and comfortable work with three marketplaces and setting up the correct calculation of the cost of goods.

Having decided on the main accounting work, we told the client about the possibility of automating work with marketplaces. So, we demonstrated our solution for the client and he liked everything. Then we immediately switched to implementation work, "said Dmitry Pletnev, project manager for BIT implementation.

Speaking about the difficulties in his work, Pletnev said that they arose when interacting with the "legacy of the previous accounting," this was separately worked out by specialists First Bit, assistance and consultation were provided.

To achieve the set goals, the experts of the First Bit updated the 1C: Trade Management program to version 11.5, set up work in the context of contracts with marketplaces, fixed errors and synchronized 1C: UT and 1C: Accounting. To simplify work with marketplaces, the BIT module was connected. Management of marketplaces. It is developed on the basis of 1C by the First Bit company, and automates work at three sites at once: Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex.Market according to FBS and FBO schemes.

It also allows you to manage prices and cards of goods in a single window, receive a detailed report on the services of the commissioner, the cost of goods and scrap compensation, synchronize the balances of goods in real time and automate the work of the storekeeper.

Specialists First Bit participated in the launch of sales through the module, and also set up workplaces for Almaterm employees and conducted training.

As a result of the introduction of these modules, Almaterm has a single window for working with three personal accounts on marketplaces: synchronizing balances, working out orders, managing product cards, setting prices. The operation of the accounting system was also restored and warehouse balances were updated, the correct cost calculation was obtained in the context of each product and the ability to reserve and ship goods immediately after the order was added.
