2021: Automation of accounting using PP "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade and Customer Relations Management (CRM) "at Zeus LLC

1C-Rarus employees completed the automation of operational accounting at ZEUS LLC. As a result of the transition to "1C:Enterprise 8. Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) "consolidated customer information, faster and more efficient sales.

The main principle of the enterprise is high customer focus. Therefore, the company is looking for new tools in working with buyers and is trying to make cooperation interesting and profitable. In the fall of 2021, the CRM system implementation project was launched.

Project prerequisites

Previously, work with clients was carried out using the accounting program. The information was kept scattered, often inflated, this distorted analytical reports. There was a difficulty in monitoring the fulfillment of orders.

To implement the project, they chose the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade and Customer Relations Management (CRM), "and the implementation work was entrusted to the representatives of 1C-Rarus.

Automation objectives

Creating an information system that will optimize and accelerate key business processes and improve the performance of the company.

During the project, 1C-Rarus specialists installed and configured the system, and the accounting system is maintained.

Project results:

  • A single information space has been created to store and reflect information about the company's customers. The database consolidates the order history, takes into account individual customer requests. The creation of a single accounting base has reduced the risks of "loss" of customers arising from the movement of information between participants in the process;
  • The functionality of planning interactions with buyers is used. Managers send commercial offers on time, remind customers of the agreements reached. Thanks to this, the quality of work with buyers has noticeably increased. There was a tendency to increase sales;
  • Robotic operations for the formation of documents for sale: invoices, acts, contracts. Employees spend less time performing routine operations, reduced the likelihood of errors. The speed of processing customer orders has increased;
  • Analytical reports in 1C:Enterprise 8. Trade and Customer Relations Management (CRM) "allows the management of ZEUS LLC to always be aware of the state of affairs in the company, monitor the actions of managers, and respond to sales declines in time.
