ATMeye.iQ

ATMeye.iQ is the software solution on video monitoring for banks. A system is intended for security of ATM networks and prevention of fraud. The solution reduces the costs and risks connected with fraud on self-service devices and also manages claims activities.

The analytical video surveillance system of ATMeye.iQ executes monitoring in real time, both internal processes of the device, and actions around it. A system writes only the events connected with the device or sends the warning signals of suspicious actions to the operator. The solution is completely integrated with ProView Video Surveillance of the leading supplier of the bank equipment Wincor Nixdorf which can be used as in a set, and is autonomous.

ATMeye.iQ promotes permission of the conflict situations arising in the course of accomplishment of transactions. The written material can be used as the proof at the dispute resolution between the client and financial institution or the outsourcing company.

2017

PA-DSS

The solution ATMeye.iQ developed in Lithuania conforms to requirements of the international standard PA-DSS (Payment Application Data Security Standard). According to T. Augutsyavichyus, since 2001 when given software appeared in the market of banking technologies, it was installed approximately on 70 thousand ATMs around the world.

The technological solution is capable to fix not only the moment of carrying out the transaction, but also the moments preceding it. At the same time a photo and video content is transferred to the relevant services where they are analyzed for the purpose of prevention of possible illegal acts. 

Additional safety is ensured by linking of transaction with a specific card. So, in case of customer complaints the ranking officer (by the card number, the ATM, date, time, etc.) finds photo and a video of disputable transaction on the basis of what the situation is quickly resolved. It not only increases customer loyalty level, but also reduces costs of bank for the solution of similar situations (there is no need for carrying out collection).

In attempts of cracking, use of the payment card which is in 'black list' of installation of the skimmingovy device a system instantly informs on the events of the operator of bank and the responsible of a security service. Besides, mobile application  of Mobile ATMeye.iQ  informs on it the senior security service specialist together with the photo and video record exposing the violator.

ATMeye.iQ 2.0

BS/2 company which is engaged in development of banking technologies released in September, 2017 ATMeye.iQ update – the complete solution for increasing the level of security of devices of self-service. The solution includes the video surveillance system and sensors reacting to any illegal acts concerning terminals: attempts of fraudulent activity, the attacks using special means and others. The updated ATMeye.iQ 2.0 system was tested in the markets of North America, Europe and Asia.

In this updating a system was adapted for work with the WildFly 9.02 application server therefore the security level of the provided banking services raised. Besides, support of the MS SQL database was added to ATMeye.iQ 2.0. This version of a system allows to service more than 14 thousand devices in one network. Thus, the solution ATMeye.iQ became by 20 times more productive.

ATMeye.iQ of version 2.0 not only raises the security level of network of devices of self-service, but also helps with permission of the disputable situations arising during client transactions. It allows to solve quickly a problem, to increase customer loyalty level and also to lower costs of bank.

In the next version BS/2 company is going to add support of the Oracle database to the ATMeye.iQ 2.0 system and also will add other functions in order that even more clients could use this solution.

As of September, 2017 ATMeye.iQ protects more than 65 thousand devices of self-service in 77 countries of the world. A system is completely compatible to self-service devices from most global manufacturers: Diebold Nixdorf, NCR, Hyosung and others.

2011

Software it is compatible to the existing video cards Osprey, WinFast and KGuard.

Function of recognition of users of ATM on persons, automatic detection of reader devices and a possibility of remote control by means of gadgets is implemented. The module "Face Recognition" of the solution "ATMeye.iQ" reacts to persons of users of ATM and looks for an analog in the database and also "black" and "white" lists. In addition, a system ties the image to the list of events or transactions in which the person took part. At threat emergence the administrator receives the disturbing message, then the corresponding actions are taken.

Function - "Anti-skimming" – is intended for protection against fraudulent activity; she detects the reader devices installed by swindlers and blocks operation of the terminal.

BS/2 offers clients an opportunity to manage and make monitoring of events on self-service devices (or all network) in real time from any place in the world.

The Mobile surveillance function allows to monitor statistics and hardware maintenance by means of the mobile phone, IPhone, iPad or the computer. Thus, it is possible to analyze quickly business indicators and to react timely to changes.
