LLC Eco-Service Company"" is engaged in wholesale trade chemical products.

In February 2021, the management of Eco-Service Company LLC decided to automate operational accounting.

The goals of automation are to build business processes that will help employees and management interact with each other. Ensure transparency of each transaction, improve the quality of work with customers.

VC 1C-Rarus became the partner who completed the work on the implementation of the accounting system. The configuration "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade and Customer Relations Management (CRM), "which was suitable for the implementation of the goals of Eco-Service Company LLC.

Pre-implementation situation

Earlier, work with clients was carried out in personal calendars and manager files, implementations and contracts were formed in the accounting system, the data had to be re-entered into the program, the fact of the accomplished sale was reflected, at what stage the work with the client remained incomprehensible. It was impossible to analyze the reasons for the refusal to cooperate.
