"Agrotech-Inform" passed audit Bureau Veritas Certification

Agrotech-Inform, the IT division of Agropromkomplektatsiya Group of Companies, has passed an inspection check of the quality management system (QMS) for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015. The audit was conducted by experts from the French Bureau Veritas. About this "Agropromkomplektatsiya" reported on February 19, 2025.

The auditors assessed the compliance of the complex of services for automation of management and accounting with the principles of QMS. During the two-day inspection, they visited the structural divisions of Agrotech-Inform and conducted interviews with managers involved in the process of maintaining and developing the quality management system. As a result of the audit, certification was extended for the services of the Agroindustrial Complex IT division, including the selection of software products, technical support and training in working with new digital solutions.

2024: ISO 9001 Certification Pass

The IT company as part of Agropromkomplektatsiya confirmed the area of ​ ​ accreditation and certified the standards of the international quality management system ISO 9001. The company announced this on March 11, 2024.

The implementation of the quality management system (QMS) according to international standards of Agrotech-Inform LLC began in July 2023, and during this time extensive and meticulous work was carried out to describe, optimize and regulate the documentation support of production processes. In addition, the company's quality policy was developed; all managers were trained in QMS standards, and three employees received certificates from internal auditors.

An external audit of the quality management system for compliance with the international standard was conducted by Bureau Veritas Certification, an independent certification body of Bureau Veritas.

The audit took place in two stages from December 2023 to February 2024. The appointed auditors of Bureau Veritas Certification at the first stage conducted a thorough study of the documentation on the quality management system implemented in Agrotech-Inform. At the second stage, in addition to the documentation, the actual compliance with QMS standards in the work was checked. The auditors conducted a series of interviews with field managers and field specialists, assessed the processes included in the certification area and real professional cases, and also analyzed the results of monitoring the quality of services.

As a result of the audit, there was not a single significant comment on compliance with standards, we received a high assessment of the preparation of the Agrotech-Inform team, "said Alexey Leonov, director of the company. - For us, international certification makes it possible not only to increase its status as a partner of 1C, but also to look at the optimality and efficiency of its processes - because when implementing the quality management system, all processes were carefully worked out for compliance with world standards: from the choice and implementation of software to its development and support.

In the next two years, the company will undergo supervisory audits that will confirm the continuous improvement of the quality management system.
