Specialists of the IT Department of the Akron Group have developed and implemented a unified customer relationship management system (CRM system). Its own development not only repeated the functionality of the previously used SAP Sales Cloud, but also architecturally improved it, realizing the growing needs of users. Akron announced this on March 5, 2024.
The system creates a single information field data about all customers, orders, sales funnels, and the status of company shipments. The solution is located in the fault-tolerant DPC Akron Group. Each transaction enters the system at the time of the transaction, which allows you to track its role in the total income of the company without waiting for the end of the reporting period. The finalization and support is fully carried out by the IT company's team.
A convenient and reliable solution made it possible to save all previously accumulated data, integration and, which is important for the continuous work of specialists, the usual functionality of the interface, said Alexander Lebedev, Vice President for Domestic Commercial Activities and Agroprojects.
