The company Nexign (Nexain) has introduced an internal corporate portal Neon for employees of LLC "" Northern Capital Air Gate(operator). Pulkovo Airport Nexign announced this on March 12, 2024.

The module is part of Neon HRM, the company's comprehensive human resources and HR services solution. The use of the system will allow the airport operator to create a single entry window for all HR processes, as well as to unite more than 4,000 employees in the digital space, most of whom work in the terminal and at the airfield. The system will be deployed on a dedicated cloud infrastructure that complies with the airport operator's security policy. The personal data of employees required for its work will be obtained through an encrypted communication channel.

The corporate portal will have access to an employee's profile and personal account, news, gratitude, company structure, telephone directory, polls, tests and much more. Access is carried out both from a stationary computer and from mobile devices using a modern adaptive interface.

The implementation of the corporate portal allows you to optimize the work of employees and managers. When all employees are united in a single information environment, it is easy for them to find out the news, share information and feedback, which has a positive effect on the atmosphere in the company, "said Maria Yermak, HR Director of Air Gate of the Northern Capital.
