Add Analytics Module
Nexign (Nexain) on July 8, 2024 introduced the Analytics module for Neon HRM, an HR automation solution. It uses the data of all modules of the complex system to visualize numerical indicators for each of them in the most convenient form. This enables the company to make informed decisions, optimize costs, increase productivity and ultimately improve its financial results.
The module builds dashboards based on specified metrics. Graphs can be filtered by dozens of parameters by selecting any reporting period. The tool allows you to track the results of employees and HR functions. If this is data from the Neon LMS module, then on the dashboard you can see, for example, how many people have been trained in the sections of departments, courses taken, average sample assessment and other indicators.
In the system, an employee can flexibly customize the display of data for himself - visualize them in the form of charts, histograms, linear graphs. At the same time, BI specialists do not need to be involved in working with Analytics.
{{quote 'According to research, more than half of Russian companies automate their HR processes. This allows us to judge the growth of the maturity of analytical culture in the HR direction, since any digitalization is associated with the collection and analysis of incoming data. And we, drawing on our own experience, expect this trend to continue. In Nexign, the use of "Analytics," for example, in adaptation made it possible to process feedback from beginners faster. So it became possible to regularly make adjustments to the process in order to increase the motivation and involvement of employees, - said Diana Vasilyeva, product manager at Neon HRM.}}
Another improvement to the current version of the HRM system is integration with the Nexign Business Travel automation solution. The system is designed for independent work of users directly with aggregators of travel services. On the one hand, integration occurs with aggregators of booking housing and transport, on the other, with internal personnel and accounting systems.
As a result, the process of booking travel services is simplified: employees independently find the necessary options, book them and agree with the manager. At the same time, the system minimizes the possibility of errors when filling out forms and ensures that expenses do not exceed the budgets specified in travel policies. Thus, a travel manager can organize trips without involving agency managers, and a manager can control the budget in real time.
Release of module "Adaptation," integration with FEDD system
On May 27, 2024, Nexign introduced a number of updates to Neon HRM, a system for automating HR functions at different stages of the employee life cycle. They include an additional module "Adaptation" for optimizing onboarding and offboarding of employees, integration with the personnel electronic document management system (EDC), as well as changes to the module "Office Map" and other tools.
According to the company, onboarding and probation are labor-intensive for both employees and the company. The higher the rate of hiring, the more resources a business has to invest in it. Specialized systems allow you to automate the immersion of a new employee in company processes.
According to an assessment by Nexign experts, the application of this approach reduces staff turnover by half during the probationary period and the first year of operation. In particular, "Adaptation," the Neon HRM system module helps to quickly acquaint the employee with corporate regulations, standards and values of the company. The system makes it possible to draw up a personal adaptation plan with its goals, tasks and facilitates the process of communication with the mentor. Everyone gets access in their personal account only to relevant information: the employee - to the necessary training materials, and his manager - to the adaptation plan with the ability to customize and the results of the passage. To make the process intuitive, the system includes a designer and reference books for checklist templates and customization plans. In addition to onboarding, the system makes it easier to transfer employees to new positions. And for offboarding, the formation and processing of an electronic bypass sheet is provided.
Neon HRM enables integration with FEDS systems. This functionality optimizes all processes associated with signing documents, since it aggregates them in a single space - the employee's personal account. In particular, Nexign implements integration with the VK HR Tek system. Thanks to this, the rejection of paper document management allowed the company save 765,000 rubles per year on courier delivery.
Neon HRM updates are also associated with a change to the Office Maps module. The system has an updated design, as well as advanced capabilities for viewing, searching and managing office facilities: booking meeting rooms, workers, parking spaces and other things. The system administrator can create office maps by specifying their equipment.
Such a tool is of particular value for companies that use the concept of a flexible office and a hybrid work format. According to Gallup's State of the Global Workplace: 2022, employees are more involved in workflows if they have the ability to navigate different locations and distribute days of office visits shared with colleagues on the calendar.
Designers make the process from idea to implementation faster than with IT professionals. With them, the introduction of such projects on average takes about a month. At the same time, self-administration of the system allows you to quickly implement new HR initiatives and minimize the cost of making changes.
2023: Using low-code and no-code
Nexign has upgraded Neon to a comprehensive modular HR system for optimization of HR functions, talent management and development of self-service services. The company announced this on September 28, 2023.
The solution is built on a technological and flexible platform that gives the ability to automate both individual HR processes and the entire ecosystem personnel management. Use flexible low-code and no-code tools allows you to configure Neon without involving developers, and adaptive the interface helps maintain the client's corporate identity. For more efficient employee information processing Neon modules can be easily integrated with 1S:ZUP and other personnel accounting systems through a typical API. Neon HRM от Nexign — this is a completely Russian development that can replace foreign HR systems.
We began to develop our own HR system after we collected feedback from current and potential customers and saw that the HR systems available on the Russian market did not fully meet the modern requirements for digital comfort and technological flexibility. This problem became especially obvious after the departure of foreign vendors, including SAP, which notified Russian customers of the termination of support and update of its products in early September. Experience in the development of high-tech software has allowed us to create a flexible Neon HRM solution that meets the needs of Russian companies, "said Valeria Tenyaeva, Director of Human Resources at Nexign. |
Neon already uses more than 50 thousand employees of companies from various industries, including IT, retail, media, telecom, financial sector.
