The developer of the electric truck was Em Rus. According to Ilya Rashkin, CEO of the company, more than two-thirds of the components of the electric truck (67%) are details of domestic production. The electric motor, onboard electronics and software are the company's own developments.

The EVM PRO electric cargo vehicle was created on the basis of the UAZ Profi chassis. Its carrying capacity reaches 1 ton. On one full charge, it is capable of traveling up to 300 km, the maximum speed of the vehicle is 120 km/h. The battery life is designed for 750 thousand km of mileage. It takes 2 hours to charge the engine. Unlike a conventional engine, the electric motor has fewer moving and rubbing parts, so its maintenance costs are 50-70% lower. The assembly and production of electric trucks takes place on the territory of the SEZ "Technopolice" in Moscow.[1]
