2024: Implementation of an automated network quality monitoring system

PJSC "," a MTS digital ecosystem, has introduced a countries new automated system for monitoring the quality of transport, switching cloudy and networks throughout. The development of MTS collects in real time information about the state of the equipment and processes it with the help artificial intelligence of, increasing the stability and reliability of the network infrastructure. This system differs from the previous automated functionality, greater performance and scale. The company announced this on March 20, 2024.

The Network Performance Monitoring (NPM) system, developed by MTS, allows you to holistically evaluate the performance of various infrastructure components in the interval from 1 second to 5 minutes: transport, regional and backbone networks, switches, data centers, IPTV quality control service, equipment power supply systems, temperature sensors.

Thanks to the automated collection of indicators from sites throughout the country and the analysis of numerous metrics based on machine learning technology, the system makes it possible to quickly identify and prevent possible network failures that can affect the quality of services and services of the MTS ecosystem.
