Altevics is an ITSM and ESM system that allows you to comprehensively automate service and IT processes, requests from AXO, ACH, HR and other departments in accordance with ITIL 4 recommendations. It meets the needs of most customers of service organizations of IT companies and departments.

Inclusion in the Unified Register of Russian Programs

The Expert Council on Software at the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation included the Altevics IT control process automation system developed by Cleverics and GreenData in the Unified Register of Russian Programs under Registry Entry No. 21706 of March 07, 2024. As of that date, Altevics is officially among the software products authorized for use in companies involving government capital. Cleverics announced this on March 20, 2024.
