2021: Analysis of the capabilities and limitations of production business processes

At ShLZ, the task was to develop options for reducing costs during the production process. BFG Group conducted a project to analyze the capabilities and limitations of the enterprise's production business processes based on the use of its own software.

Within the framework of the project, the following works were carried out:

• Stage of collection, verification and validation; data
• A simulation production model has been created;
• Identified bottlenecks and errors in production (absence of a unified automated production management system, frequent changes in production plans, rescheduling of current orders, incomplete and inaccurate NSI, suboptimal in-house logistics);
• Production reengineering project developed.

As a result of the project: reducing the cost of investment activities of the enterprise by detailed multivariable modeling, accurate calculation of the necessary capacities and labor resources.
