2024: Document Management System Implementation Plan "Priority"

Digital Design will introduce the Priority documentation management system (Priority SDU) on the Docsvision platform in Chernogorsk Mining Company LLC. Completion of the project is scheduled for the summer of 2024. Digital Design announced this on March 27, 2024.

The entire range of work of employees with internal and external documents, including their preparation, coordination and accounting, will be translated into digital form. Automation will also cover the processes of setting and monitoring the execution of orders. Users will be able to apply an enhanced qualified electronic signature (UKEP) in order to ensure the legal significance of electronic documents. To make decisions faster, managers will be provided with the ability to work with tablet devices.

As of March 2024, the document flow in the mining company was organized using several information systems. Implementation of "Priority" WBS will allow to translate all processes into a single digital space. It will be easier for managers to control assignments. Reduce the time and labor required by employees to perform document operations, search, and process information. The automation project will be implemented on the basis of domestic software.
