Bristol"" AXELOT and are working together to develop the transport logistics trade network. Using the system, the AXELOT TMS retail network already manages transportation from its own distribution center in Kstovo, and plans to replicate the solution throughout the company. Axelot announced this on April 4, 2024.

Bristol is a chain of stores selling various types of alcohol, today the network includes more than 6,500 stores. The company's assortment includes products of exclusive brands. Bristol offers customers only certified alcohol, which has been tested in the EGAIS system.

Transport logistics "Bristol" is a tool that allows the company to continuously supply products to stores in different regions of Russia. And just like any tool, it needs constant support and development, without which it can lose its effectiveness. For this reason, the Bristol network decided to launch a large-scale project to automate transport logistics using the AXELOT TMS system. This solution will not only simplify and optimize the delivery of goods, but will also allow the company to be one step ahead of competitors.

The transportation automation pilot project was carried out at the company's distribution center in Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod Region. During the project, the AXELOT TMS system was adapted to the general specifics of Bristol business processes, which made it possible to create a ready-made solution for further replication. Since November 2023, transportation from the distribution center in Kstovo has been automated and carried out under the control of AXELOT TMS.

In January 2024, preparations began for the first project to replicate the solution for automating transportation from the Bristol distribution center in Krasnodar, and in February the first circulation launch began.

With the help of automation, Bristol will be able to significantly speed up the processing of orders, optimize delivery routes, improve cargo tracking and increase the overall transparency of the entire supply chain.
