Company "1C Architect of business" completed automation of RTSoft Ltd on the basis of industry solution "1C: Management of project organization 8".

Prerequisites

The growing number of clients and complexity of project implementation in the market of industrial automation (the main profile of customer company) constantly required from the management special attention to parts of each order, exact financial calculation, coordination in work of all departments and branches, each of which is responsible for the separate direction.

The majority of auxiliary processes and, in particular, regulated accounting were conducted in different programs, and each division — in separate information base. These separate data needed periodic consolidation in main system. At the same time the entered information often was not joined among themselves, errors came to light, there were doubts in accuracy of the data. All this considerably complicated conducting centralized accounting, including preparation of the reporting, necessary for the enterprise, for IFRS.

The geographically-distributed structure of the enterprise, heterogeneity of software and lack of the single database gradually increased difficulties of document flow, conducting all types of accounting. The management of RTSoft Ltd made the decision: to completely reorganize and transfer a system of accounting of the enterprise to a new single information platform. For the solution of a task the specialized software product "1C:Enterprise 8 was selected . Management of the project organization" which allowed to automate accounting and business processes of the enterprise, having concentrated on industry specifics of its activity — projects implementation.

Implementation

The "managerial and project" functionality which is available in a configuration allowed to be provided practically without completions with the companies all opportunities of conducting management accounting by projects:

  • the analysis of financial and economic indicators according to each draft, programs of projects, project portfolios;
  • the analysis of the wage fund selected under each project (both at a stage of execution of the project, and at a stage of preproject preparation and warranty maintenance);
  • receiving in an online data mode according to planned and actual budgets of income and expenses, on budgets of cash flow for each project throughout its lifecycle (from the registration moment before completion of warranty maintenance);
  • monitoring of a current status both on each project, and according to programs and project portfolios.

Obtaining necessary information on a current status of projects at any moment, quality improvement of data (efficiency, completeness, reliability) due to creation of the single system of accounting which integrated managerial and regulated accounting allowed company management to make timely management decisions and to adjust work progress. For example, to increase a project team or financing for fast end of critical tasks, to manage the list of works or the supplied equipment for optimization of project deliverables and so on.

A number of business processes and accounting sections of RTSoft Ltd was changed and optimized.

Results

The uniform circuit of managerial, accounting, tax accounting and IFRS — what so was not enough for staff of the enterprise earlier is configured. Feature of accounting in RTSoft is that accounting data are used for preparation of the reporting under IFRS, and data of management accounting go to a budgeting subsystem then data both on IFRS, and on budgeting are transferred to foreign strategic partners. Setup of a uniform accounting circuit in a system "helped to provide such transparent interrelation of all types of accounting to 1C: Management of project organization 8".

Now all branches of the enterprise work in a single multifunction information system. Always relevant reports on current situation at the enterprise allow today company management to adjust quickly work of divisions, to plan purchase of the necessary equipment. The quality and speed of execution of works increased, time for preparation of management and accounting records was cut by half, to foreign partners the reporting of IFRS goes in time.

In total within the project 65 jobs are automated.
