History

2016

On December 5-6, 2016 in 1C Architect of business LLC successfully there took place the second supervising audit on compliance of a quality management system to requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2008, thereby having confirmed action of the certificate of N RU228096Q-U (it is issued 5 noyabrya2014).

As certifying authority one of the most authoritative and large international certified organizations - Bureau Veritas Certification Rus company was selected.

Scope of the certificate is: "Providing complex services in automation of accounting and office work on the basis of software products of 1C Company, namely: help in the choice of the software, sale of software products, delivery, installation and also setup, implementation, after-sale service, user training".

2015

On the basis of ISO standards 9000 1C Company developed technology of standard implementation and standard "Quality manual" for quality improvement of the works performed by firms franchisees. These methodical materials were called "Standard Quality System of the Franchisee" (SQSF). The set of methodical materials on TSKF ‑ are set of the structures, techniques, technologies and resources providing quality management of implementations, its maintenance up to standard and continuous improvement.

From November 5 to November 7, 2014 company "1C Architect of business" successfully underwent recertification audit (final audit based on a three-year certified cycle) on compliance of a quality management system to requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2008 and received the certificate No. RU228096Q-U of 11/5/2014. During audit two small mismatches which were eliminated by carrying out corrective actions were revealed.

Results of audit showed that the field of certification corresponds to the activity performed in the organization and is adequate to the system of management. The applicability of a quality management system of the company, a steady trend of improvement in this area, the high level of professionalism of employees were mentioned.

2014

During the period from November 5 to November 7, 2014 "1C Architect of business" successfully there took place the next recertification audit (final audit based on a three-year certified cycle) on compliance to the international quality standard of ISO 9001:2008. The specialist of the international certified organization Bureau Veritas Certification confirmed competences "1C Architect of business" in rendering services in automation of the enterprises.

According to the results of recertification audit the following strengths of the quality management system (QMS) of "1C Architect of business" were mentioned:

• consumer focus and feedback coupling with the consumer,
• electronic document management.
