The effect of the implementation of the measures of the national project amounted to 6,867,880 rubles

At the plant for the production automobile of components of LLC "" AVA(part of AvtoTrade LLC), the results of six months of participation in the national project "Labor Productivity" were summed up. As part of the project, a production flow of temperature sensors was selected, which make up 25% of the company's total production and revenue. Thanks to the introduced improvements on this stream, the volume of sensor production increased by 28%: instead of 3000 units per shift, 4200 are now produced. In general, the real economic effect of the implementation of the measures of the national project amounted to 6,867,880 rubles. The potential economic effect is 5,464,800 rubles.

We are pleased to have participated in the project and implemented lean technologies, which allowed us to improve product quality and reduce costs - both financial and temporary. Sometimes changes require a look from the outside, and the RCC specialists just helped us see opportunities for improvement. During the project implementation, the warehouse was optimized, the sealant filling area was automated, the 5S system was replicated for all production flows, and measures were introduced to improve production planning. 42 employees of the company received training in lean production methods.

After the initial training, the team will go through the "Diagnostics and Planning" stage, where the reference area will be determined. After that, under the guidance of the production wizard, the current state of workflows will be digitized. Then, within 3 months, the company will create a project office of instructors - employees of the company for the subsequent implementation of changes and replication of successful experience.
