LANIT On April 8, 2024 presented an updated version of the personnel electronic document management system LDM. KEDO 2.1 based on the low-code platform LANIT Document Management. With its help, company employees and human resources department specialists will be able to automate more personnel processes.

The solution is supplemented by an unqualified electronic signature service. The built-in service gives users the opportunity to issue an enhanced unqualified electronic signature for employees, as well as sign electronic personnel documents. The signature takes less than a minute to issue - for this, the employee just needs to click the "Release" button in the "Personal file" section.

Users will be able to find out about new documents without logging into the KEDO system - Telegram notifications appeared in version 2.1. Messages with a link to each document that needs to be signed come to a special bot.

In addition, the possibilities of full accounting for overtime work have been expanded. The system allows you to plan such employment - for this the employee must fill out an "Overtime Application." The application should reflect the direction of work, the date and time of processing.

Also, the system has a "Vacation Calendar" - an interactive Gantt chart that visualizes the vacations of all employees of the company. In the calendar, you can see all vacations: the data is pulled up from applications for vacation or time off, while it human resources department easy for a specialist to determine their status through color indexing.
