The Rostic’s big data fast-service restaurant chain has moved processing to the platform. Yandex Cloud This was announced on April 15, 2024. Together, all the establishments of the network, of which more than 1160 (under the Rostic's and KFC brands, since the company is still in the process of rebranding) accumulate more than 100 GB of information per week. Both the head office and franchisee partners, since the network operates according to the franchise model, rely on data analysis for decision-making: how to speed up service and assembly of orders, optimize the work of couriers, and increase sales.

To efficiently collect, structure and analyze data from all systems, the company created a single data warehouse based on Yandex Cloud services - Managed Service for Greenplum and Managed Service for Clickhouse. Among the data sources, for example, is a program for automating catering establishments, R-Keeper accounting system 1C bank applications, quick delivery ordering services such as "," an Yandex.Food analytics system, and mobile applications Appmetrica others.
