2024: Start-up of oil and gas equipment production for RUB 150 mln

In April 2024, Petrobalt Service launched the production of oil and gas equipment on the territory of the Khrabrovo industrial park in the Kaliningrad region. About 150 million rubles have been invested in this project, the press service of the Kaliningrad Region Development Corporation said.

The first production workshop for the production of wear-resistant plates was put into operation. The next stages will be work on the construction and arrangement of new workshops and the administrative building.

The launch of the enterprise will create 50 jobs. Petrobalt Service is implementing a project to produce equipment for the oil and gas industry under the Import Substitution program. The company received permission to enter the facility from the regional Ministry of Urban Planning Policy on April 5, 2024.

The introduction of a new building is an important milestone in the implementation of our investment project. The company has already invested 150 million rubles in this project and plans to fully fulfill its obligations under the investment declaration, Petrobalt Service said.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL), Petrobalt Service LLC is registered on Bezymyannaya Street in Guryevsk. Sergey Kirilyuk is the CEO and one of the founders of the company. He also runs Moscow-based Endaver LLC. The main activity of the company is the provision of drilling services related to the production of oil, gas and gas condensate. The company has been a resident of the Khrabrovo industrial park since the fall of 2020.

In addition to Petrobalt Service LLC, by April 2024, about 30 enterprises with a total actual investment of more than 7 billion rubles are residents of Khrabrovo.^[1]
