2024: Service Launch

In early April 2024, Denis Remenyako, owner of the large pharmaceutical distributor FC Grand Capital, launched the Besttrip online service (Besttrip LLC) for organizing travel. Investments in the project are estimated at at least 500 million rubles.

The Besttrip enterprise is registered in Moscow with an authorized capital of 20 million rubles. The founder is only Remenyako, and Anisia Yakusheva has been appointed general director. The main direction of work is declared "the activities of travel agencies." In addition, several other areas are indicated: computer software development, work in the field of computer technology, as well as activities related to the use of computer technology and information technology, including data processing.

The Kommersant newspaper reports that a new service for organizing travel in the TravelTech sector is being created on the basis of Besttrip. The launch of a B2B service for business trips is scheduled for 2024: companies will be able to book hotels, air travel and train tickets, as well as view analytics that will optimize business travel costs. In 2025, it is expected that an application for independent tourists will be released, which will allow you to purchase insurance, order a transfer and issue travel from tour operators.

Remenyako notes that the economic model is changing in the Russian tourism market: user preferences go online and new players appear in this segment. In addition, the volume of business tourism is growing. This is what Remenyako explains his interest in the new business. At the same time, the representative of Trivio Andrei Baturin believes that the development of the Besttrip platform will require a large amount of working capital due to the post-paid model common in the segment. In addition, significant money will be required to promote the service in the V2S market.^[1]
