The search for real estate will never be the same again - Cian.ru was the first in Russia among the classes of real estate to launch a smart assistant - CianGPT, which independently searches for suitable real estate of all types according to the specified text parameters. And he also knows how to answer simple questions that the support service usually decides. The assistant is developed on the basis of generative models of artificial intelligence.

The usual search through real estate applications always looked like this: the user selects parameters that meet the necessary search criteria, sets filters and receives a selection with options that satisfy his request. As a rule, this is a wide selection that requires further study in order to narrow the search to a certain number of more suitable options. As a result, such a selection takes a decent amount of time, and the user spends resources on building filters and long views of long output.

Now you can delegate the search for real estate to the smart assistant Cian.ru, who, thanks to artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms, personalizes the search and sends the user collections based on his text request.
