After the initial training, the team will go through the "Diagnostics and Planning" stage, where the reference area will be determined. After that, under the leadership of the RCC, the current state of work processes will be digitized, problems will be identified and a plan of measures will be prepared that the team will implement within the next 3 months, as well as lean production instructors will be trained. The company will create a project office for the subsequent implementation of changes and replication of successful experience.
