The first Bit has updated the IT circuit of the Kazakh beauty distributor Beautyfor Express. This was announced by the First Bit on April 18, 2024.

The transition to the current versions of 1C programs helped to optimize the business processes of Beautyfor Express - a supplier of consumables and equipment for beauty salons Before Kazakhstan.

Prior to this, Beautyfor Express used the outdated 1C: Trading Enterprise Management for Kazakhstan account system in version 2.0, which brought many restrictions. For example, it was impossible to set up integration with trading equipment, because of which employees had to print fiscal checks on a household printer and cut them manually.

To organize the transition to a more modern accounting system, the company's management turned to the office of the First Bit IT integrator in Almaty.

Experts conducted a survey and proposed to introduce into the work of Beautyfor Express a bundle of current solutions "1C: Trade Management for Kazakhstan" editions 3.0 and "1C: Accounting for Kazakhstan" editions 3.0.

The First Bit noted that among the innovations of "1C: Trade Management for Kazakhstan" edition 3.0 there is integration with the online cash desk, the possibility of direct exchange with banks, BI functionality and other improvements. In the 5 years since its release, most of the users of Trade Management have switched to it, so the outdated version 2.0 has ceased to be supported with updates since January 1, 2024. "1C: Accounting for Kazakhstan" version 3.0 is a specialized solution for automation of accounting and tax accounting processes in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The company "First Bit" has created a single information space for the client, in which trade accounting, procurement and warehouse management, and customer relations are maintained. Also, specialists trained Beautyfor Express employees to work in this software and drew their attention to changes in work processes.

The connection of trading equipment made it possible to reduce the time of operations by more than half. By creating a single information space, the customer can obtain up-to-date data on different contours of the organization's activities in order to find growth points and improve the efficiency of their business.
