Tatspirtprom is in the Top 3 of the national rating of vodka producers. To be in the lead, the plant equips its production with the most advanced equipment and technologies. An example of such modernization is a project to automate the packaging line of finished products using a robotic complex and a machine vision system. The process begins with monitoring product labeling using machine vision, after which the product boxes are moved to the packaging area. There, a special robotic system delivers pallets, which are then placed by the robot on pallets. After that, the pallets undergo a winding operation, and then the product marking is again monitored using machine vision. Thus, the products are ready for shipment.

MetraRobotics took only 6 months to implement this project.

The customer company managed to increase the productivity of the site, achieve full compliance with the Fair Sign marking and ensure complete automation of the laying and palletizing processes.

The result of the project was the automation of the finished product packaging area, which made it possible to ensure full control over the labeling, and the productivity of the area was increased by 35%. 24/7 round-the-clock uninterrupted operation has been established, and the cost of PHY has been reduced. The released personnel were transferred to another job. 100% control over the compliance of labeling is ensured, - Dmitry Miroshnik, Commercial Director of MetraRobotics, shared the results.
