Softline Group of Companies (PJSC Softline) helped to select and equip computer equipment for the Harmony of Health pharmacy network. Delivery of more than 600 sets is organized in 14 cities of Russia, shipment is carried out in batches at the request of the customer. Softline announced this on April 18, 2024.

Harmony of Health is an interregional pharmacy network in Russia. As of April 2024, the company is represented in 14 constituent entities of the Russian Federation and has more than 330 pharmacies. The network is actively expanding, and the company has planned to open a large number of new branches in 2024.

Earlier, the customer purchased computer equipment at retail, however, due to the unstable situation on the market with the departure of foreign vendors, problems began to arise. In order to open new pharmacy branches in time and be sure that the equipment in sufficient quantities and the desired configuration will be available, representatives of Harmony Health decided to centrally purchase domestic kits and began searching for a supplier.

When choosing a provider, it was important for the customer that the equipment was stored in external warehouses and at any time could be shipped to different cities. In addition, representatives of the pharmacy chain noted that at the stage of finding a supplier, they took into account how widely the company is represented on the market and whether they have previous experience in cooperation. During the primary meetings, the Softline Group of companies team showed customer focus, discussed the requirements for equipment and offered computers from the Russian vendor Inferit to the pharmacy network.

The customer selected the equipment based on several criteria. First, it was supposed to fit the corporate standards of the network. Secondly, the company's IT specialists evaluated it in terms of the quality of assembly and components. Each computer should have an additional hard drive and a Wi-Fi 6 module, which are not part of the standard configuration of most solutions. Repair suitability and fault tolerance were also important criteria.

In order to demonstrate the functionality of the equipment of the Inferit vendor (in particular, the selected INFERIT Micro model), the Softline Group of companies team organized several stages of testing. Initially, IT specialists of the pharmacy chain tested it virtually on a 100% load. Further, the equipment was delivered to Novosibirsk and Krasnoyarsk, where the check took place already "in the field." After making sure that the form factor of the case meets their requirements and the equipment is suitable for the rest of the parameters, they made the final decision on the choice of INFERIT Micro for centralized procurement.

More than 600 kits were delivered to the pharmacy chain. As of April 2024, about a third of them have already been shipped to new branches throughout Russia. The equipment is used in pharmacies "Harmony of Health," "Cheap Pharmacy," "Pharmacy to All."

We were able to demonstrate the advantages of our company, agree with vendors on equipment armor while maintaining the price, expand the configuration of the solution, and as a result meet all the needs of the customer. Specialists helped to select equipment, organized several stages of testing and agreed with vendors on favorable acquisition conditions. Now the equipment of the Russian vendor "Inferit" has become our corporate standard, and in the future, when opening new points, we plan to use it.
