Since 2020, the Sveza company has been operating in a hybrid format, that is, part of the week from home, and part in the office. The introduction of a new order management system allows us to monitor the stages of completion of tasks in real time: how employees cope with tasks, whether there are delays in plans, whether additional resources are needed. In addition, this simplifies the interaction of divisions, since all the information is at hand, - commented Vitaly Grishin, head of the business process improvement department at Sveza.
