2024: AI-based robot launch

Mobius Technologies has increased the speed of document processing several times thanks to the Valere robot, an "employee" of the company based on artificial intelligence. He took on routine work that previously required serious labor costs. In this case, the probability of errors associated with the human factor, thanks to Valera, is reduced to zero. The company announced this on April 23, 2024.

In 2023, the company's turnover increased significantly, - said Alexander Triguba, director of financial and operational management at Mobius Technologies. - As a result, the volume of accounts and their number have seriously increased. It has become clear that this resource-intensive and routine work needs to be automated to free up employee time for more important tasks.

As a result, a robot was created on the basis of artificial intelligence, which completely transformed the work with documents. It reads data, processes it taking into account the most important criteria (cost of goods, batch number, etc.) and formats it according to a given template - after which it remains only to transfer it to the database in literally one click. This completely eliminates errors in numbers when transferring and formatting data.

Valera's robot demonstrates the capabilities of Robotic Process Automation to automate repetitive monotone work, such as bill processing. When creating Valera, we used not only classic technologies for robotizing business processes, but also new technologies for neural networks. Now the robot in five and a half minutes can perform operations that took a person seven and a half hours before, - said Aleksei Zheleznyak, general director of PRO100ROBOT, which developed Valera for Mobius Technology.

The artificial intelligence behind the robot is capable of self-learning. Faced with an unfamiliar document type or other non-standard data, Valera signals administrators, and then masters the new format for further operations. The robot is also able to send messages so that employees can quickly find out about the completion of account processing. Thanks to Valera, work with documents accelerated several times.
