"The module investment planning" allows the company to solve the following problems:

• Messages in a system projects taking into account their details and characteristics. The reference book of characteristics of projects is unified and allows to reflect characteristics of different types, in different currencies with change of values in a temporary planning period, taking into account scenarios of development of the project (optimistic, pessimistic). Tools allow to algoritmizirovat calculation of values of characteristics on the basis of formulas;
• It is effective to plan the investment budget of the project by groups the analyst (the centers of the financial responsibility, revenue breakdown and expenses, stages of works, project queues);
• Possibility of automatic formation of budget data using algorithms and dependences of characteristics of the project, the existing budget data;
• Create budget postings using a cash method and/or a method of charges, taking into account different scenarios of development of the project;
• Build the consolidated financial and analytical statements on the basis of budget and actual data, and by projects (Cash Flow of the project, the diagram of construction and sales, balance, the report on financial results);
