AI-company Napoleon IT has introduced its own LLM-model, created for intellectual analysis and summation of reviews on marketplaces, for the manufacturer of hygiene products Cotton Club. Thanks to Napoleon.Reviews, the company has the opportunity to control the quality of goods on marketplaces, monitor the safety of products and quickly respond to customer reviews. Napoleon IT announced this on April 25, 2024.

The service generates real-time analytics based on product reviews using its own LLM model at speeds up to 100 reviews per second. The information obtained can be used for advertising campaigns, research and development of new products, as well as improving the current assortment.

Thanks to the use of feedback mining technology, Cotton Club found out that:

• 50% of buyers positively assess the products of two brands of hygiene products for children. Customers note the affordability, large package sizes, ease of fit and softness of products.

The main reasons for negative reviews: problems with absorbency, allergic reactions and problems with the packaging of the product. Also, thanks to the used technologies of generative networks, Napoleon.Reviews gave recommendations on improving the quality of manufactured products, improving packaging and developing a wider range of sizes.
