The first Bit updated the comprehensive accounting system at the Derbent Sparkling Wine Plant. This was announced by the First Bit on May 6, 2024.
The transition to the current versions of 1C programs helped to optimize the business processes of Derbent Sparkling Wine Plant LLC.
Thanks to the work of representatives of the IT integrator "First Bit," the plant introduced the solution "1C:ERP Enterprise Management" and the industry module "1C: Production of alcoholic beverages," and also automated the process of accounting for the purchase of raw materials and materials. optimized the work of the accounting department to prepare summary data for payment for delivery and much more.
Prior to that, the plant used outdated accounting systems "Production + Services + Accounting 2.8" and "1C: Payroll + Personnel 2.3," which lost their relevance and were not supported by 1C. This brought many inconveniences, the main of which was the need to conduct part of the operations manually: this was especially true for accounting.
All records were stored on paper and in Excel tables, which is why reporting took a long time. In addition, this approach could not exclude the human factor: the speed of collection, processing and reliability of work information became threatened.
Much of the production was also done by hand. Therefore, the plant management decided to establish accounting and production accounting in order to reduce costs and optimize the operation of the plant.
The refinement of the Procurement and Technological Calculation units made it possible to conduct the most accurate calculation of the supply of grapes and write-off of other materials from production. The company "First Bit" has created a single information space for the client, in which trade accounting, procurement and warehouse management are maintained. Also, the integrator's specialists trained the plant employees to work in the new software and drew their attention to changes in work processes.
Connecting the software made it possible to reduce the time for operations by at least 10 times. And although the economic effect in terms of reducing stocks and increasing their turnover has not been achieved due to the political situation in the country, this only problem is seen as delayed in time.
